Born in Buffalo, raised in LeRoy NY…and long since been a very happy resident of Orlando Florida! I didn’t start running until someone kept getting on “MY” StairMaster each night, so I was forced to become one with the treadmill. Running and I got married shortly there after, we are going strong, celebrating our 11 year anniversary this year. There’s been a lot of laughing, a lot of crying, a lot of time spent together pondering the meaning of life and dri fit clothes. I love Mizuno’s. I love sweat. I love hard work. I love being healthy. I love the Lord. I love that running is my gift from the Lord and I love to share that gift.
